Chip Headley is a seasoned hotel, real estate, and construction entrepreneur, experienced in the design, financing, and operation of multiple real estate platforms. An expert in strategic planning and managing teams, he is the Co-Managing Partner and CEO of Artistry Hotels, a new full-service, boutique hotel brand that will provide guests with a service-oriented, locally-curated experience.

A frequent speaker at industry events on strategic planning and deal structure, Headley served as Co-Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Flagship Investment Group, LLC.  Under Headley’s leadership, the company established a self-storage brand, building an operation that became the 45th largest self-storage company in the U.S. in less than 18 months.

Prior to joining Flagship, Mr. Headley provided construction, development, and consulting services to hospitality companies including Starwood Hotels, Starwood Vacation Ownership, Hilton Grand Vacations, Wyndham Worldwide, Embassy Suites, and Hilton, participating in the development, construction, or renovation of more than 20,000 hotel rooms throughout his distinguished career.  His background as a developer, contractor, and operator provide a unique skill-set for the successful conceptualization, execution, and operation of hospitality properties.

During his career Mr. Headley also led the development, construction and operation of marinas, office buildings, apartments, subdivisions, and industrial plants.

Bryan Guillot

Bryan Guillot is a hotel and casino industry veteran with 30 years’ experience building brands for established hospitality companies and boutique independents. An innovative leader in destination resort sales and marketing, and casino marketing and operations, Guillot joined Artistry Hotels to bring a “new luxury” hotel concept to the marketplace.

Founder of Thomas Lee Group, an Orlando-based hospitality and gaming marketing company, Guillot leads sales, marketing and management activities for resorts in the Turks & Caicos, Antigua, St Lucia, and St. Vincent.

Previously, Guillot served as Chief Marketing Officer for Baha Mar Resorts, the planned Bahamas mega resort and casino, where he led branding, sales and marketing initiatives; and led the branding and opening of Universal Studios’ The Portofino Bay Hotel; planning for Universal’s future expansion, and launch of the new “Universal Orlando” destination. As Vice President for Tishman Hotel Corporation, Guillot held sales, marketing and management positions for Westin Rio Mar Beach Resort and Casino (Puerto Rico), Walt Disney World Swan, and Walt Disney World Dolphin, among others.

Mr. Guillot’s hospitality career began at Westin Hotels and Resorts, where he held sales and marketing positions for various properties, and helped in the formulation of Westin’s guest loyalty program.

Fred Burford is a results-oriented Hospitality and Casino executive with extensive experience leading organizations and orchestrating value added financial strategies. Approachable, confident, and politically astute, he has held top-level corporate positions within the Gaming and Hospitality industries with both public and private companies.

Throughout his 40-year career, Burford served in a number of senior management and C-management level positions, successfully developing and implementing revenue-generating turn-around business strategies for such companies as Holiday Corporation, TPI Enterprises, Inc., JCC Holding Company (owner of Harrah’s New Orleans), and others. His efforts have focused on everything from the disposition of company owned hotels to franchising and management contracts, to debt restructuring. Among his accomplishments while serving as the President and CEO of JCC, was the elimination of one-half billion dollars in debts through his restructuring plan, creating a financially stable company.

Recently Fred served as General Manager and CFO of Indiana Live! Casino where he built and opened the property that became one of the best performing casinos in the mid-west, improving cash flow by 15% while restructuring marketing efforts to concentrate on database initiatives, improved customer service training, and improving the overall entertainment experience for the casino guest.

Most recently, Fred joined the Thomas Lee Group, having successfully teamed with Bryan Guillot on multiple projects including the Baha Mar development in The Bahamas, Cable Beach Resorts, Indiana Live! Casino, and a Mexico hotel development project. Fred joins the senior leadership team of Artistry Hotels LLC to bring his long-standing track record of fiscal and management success to this dynamic new hotel brand.

Bryan Guillot Jr.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

In his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Bryan Jr brings experience, relationships, and know-how to the sales, marketing and communications process for Artistry Hotels. A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Family Business, Bryan Jr.’s trustworthy approach and expertise will serve the brand’s commitment to maintaining exceptionally high business and service standards.

For the past six years Bryan Jr. has been an integral member of the Thomas Lee Group (TLG), an Orlando-based hospitality and gaming marketing company. Guillot leads TLG’s international sales and marketing activities on behalf of independent resorts in the Turks & Caicos and St. Lucia. Prior to joining the Thomas Lee Group, Bryan Jr. worked for Loews Hotels at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.

An Orlando native, Carlin Johnson serves as Artistry Hotel’s brand conscience as its Coordinator of Social Responsibility. In this key position, Carlin’s role is to realize the brand’s promise and commitment to serving the community and the world at large. Working with non-profits, local communities, students, and other select groups, Carlin is passionate about curating a guest experience that connects guests to organizations that are doing meaningful work both locally and globally. An Orlando native, Carlin attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with a degree in Marketing.
